I am a Brisbane-based photographer with a lifelong passion for the art of photography.
In my early twenties, I purchased my first SLR camera with the goal of developing a strong technical foundation. However, the costs associated with film and processing, combined with a reluctance to waste a single frame, meant I rarely ventured beyond automatic settings. With the arrival of digital SLR technology—and the guidance of a mentor whom I am proud to now call both teacher and friend—I was able to fully immerse myself in learning my craft and gaining a deeper understanding of both the technical and creative aspects of photography.
My interests span a wide range of subjects, including sports, automotive photography, landscapes, and nature—along with many genres in between. I welcome the opportunity to explore diverse styles and continually expand my skills, embracing the unique techniques and challenges each discipline presents.
It is the pursuit of capturing sharp, compelling images that resonate with viewers that fuels my ongoing passion. This dedication ultimately led to the creation of my website and online store, providing a platform to share my work more broadly.
